Tyrone is a seasoned client service specialist with a history working with clients to implement various software programs. At WaterTrax, as a WaterTrax Client Services representative, he is the first person that our clients speak with. He is responsible
for setting up new client accounts, importing historical data, trouble-shooting client issues, liaising
with product development on behalf of customers when needed and provides online and in-person
training to customers on all WaterTrax products.
