Brian Kut is passionate about the water industry. He has spent the last 6+ years in the water and wastewater industry speaking with industry specialists, attending industry events, and gathering industry best practices to apply to his role as Customer Success Manager. His main responsibilities include account management, client check-ins, customer training, and account reviews. Brian's chief responsibility is to ensure continued value and service for all of WaterTrax’s clients, and to act as the “voice of the customer.”
