WaterTrax in the News: Water Security Expertise Flowing South

July 10th, 2012

This week Business in Vancouver (BIV) featured an article, Water Security Expertise Flowing South, that highlights a growing trend towards increased water security and monitoring practices among US utilities. In the article, James Griffiths, General Manager of WaterTrax, shares how WaterTrax’ data management software is designed to help utilities “identify water sources and operational information to help them build threat assessments” and meet growing challenges around compliance regulations.

Adrian Negreros, a Water Quality Technician of Golden State Water Company and WaterTrax user, was also interviewed on her experience with WaterTrax software:
“Now it’s just a matter of a click here and there and you have all of the data in minutes. I’ve been in this industry a long time, and I know life before WaterTrax and life after. It’s just fantastic. It automatically reminds us what needs to be monitored or what’s missed and it helps us stay compliant.”
