As the WaterTrax Client Services Manager, Brian is responsible for managing implementation, training and client support for all WaterTrax clients. Brian has over ten years of client facing roles in customer support and management experience.  Prior to joining WaterTrax, Brian was the Support Services Manager for a utility services provider specializing in water, wastewater and sustainable energy and Customer Support Manager for a Vancouver based CRM software company.  As Client Services Manager, Brian has overall responsibility for the implementation, training and support of the WaterTrax and Linko products.
